Journey Back, Coca Cola and Annoying Neighbour

Good morning my fellow human beings..

Let me tell you what happened yesterday....

We got up, packed the car, got the kids showered and ready then off we went for brunch with mum and dad


Kuey Teow Kiaaaaaaa.. die die must eat when balik kampung

So almost all my food on the list got checked off, except for Goreng pisang and Kopok Lekor..

The journey back was.......... hellish (Johor stretch)

Snails also faster...

Found out that there was an accident being cleared so traffic was crawling for a while.. only positive side to this was I managed to hatch 4 Pokemon Eggs!!!




Came back had a ton of things to do. laundry.. mopped the house (neighbour's construction seems to be never ending).. unpacked then went to get the fat cat Sunrise.... 

BUT!!!

When we got back,  I noticed a package sitting in front of the house... and apparently I won a Coca Cola contest muahahhaha

Bluetooth Speaker


Husband was fairly excited to see the Bluetooth speaker! And now, it's his.. because love makes you do weird things like giving your stuff away :p

After getting back from dinner, husband discovered some bullshit done by soon to be neighbour

 wah lau uncle, you really too much man.. make your house nice and make my house ugly..


Told husband that if I saw the uncle today, I was going to give him hell..  uncle is here, husband talked to him before I could... that's how we resolve our problems..


My husband is the nice polite try to settle things nicely kinda person.. Me on the other hand? I will tembak you nicely. I was going to say this soon to be neighbour..

"Make my house ugly?! You wait, I call TNB ask them to come and check.. Over siot."




Knowing me, I will still be calling TNB.. I don't really care..

(kinda feel like asking the contractors to just wall up the entire fence area so that I don't have to look at their faces when they move in)

 I'm generally nice until you irritate or annoy me then GOD HELP ALL OF US.

Anyway.... gooosfrabaaaaa

 Has anyone noticed how watching a flag can be quite therapeutic?

I have this in front of my house, husband and eldest kid put it up a week ago..

Seems like a good year to finally learn to love our country again doesn't it :)



Okie dokie, Will be meeting up with the crazy sister, brother in law, and cousins for lunch today so I've got to go get the kids up and ready soon...

So after that really long hiatus due to The Eldest's final exams, I finally have the time to sit and blog about absolutely nothing at all.. once again... Oh God the exam stress was really bad for me but then again maybe I brought this onto myself.. by having kids. I know.. I know.. many others would say just let her go and do the exams  but as a parent, shouldn't we help them prepare for it if we know that it would help them a lot more? For me it was the cooking 3-4 meals a day that really made me tired!!!  Coz brain food needs to be shoved into every brain cell for at least a month nearing exam periods....  Now, she can live off junk food for a while.... So far the very few results that she's gotten back are alright.. but then I realized her teacher's kinda have higher expectations than me! And mine are already sky high. Kids, Kids and Kids.

It's Monday. Nothing happened yesterday. It was a typical Sunday in this household. Woke up early, sent the eldest for Taekwondo, came home, did laundry, went out for lunch, came back, was on my Kindle for most of the day.. finished off two books! ( yes I am a bookworm) Eldest has a history project that is due on the 12th.. but she finished it off yesterday so she has time to let her teacher check through it and correct it if there are any mistakes. Have you ever realized that going out, or the prep before going out takes way much longer when you have kids? Before kids.. going out consists of about 10 minutes where you just change your clothes and **poof** you're out the door. After kids.... wake them up, shower the youngest, give them some food in case they get hungry on the way out, pack their water bottles, wonder where your phone is, about to leave then your youngest decides " Oh! Uncle Maurice, Grandma, Additional Ink and Backbone

Today, The 22nd of January, is my Late Uncle Maurice's Birthday... the weather kinda sums up my mood.. gloomy.. rainy... that sorta feeling... I miss him whole lot but I know he's having a blast where ever he is... Happy Birthday Uncle Mau! You Seybok! In conjunction with his birthday, and my Grandma's in March.. also in loving memory of them.. I got this done during the weekend. Blue, is grandma, and it also represents luck...  Red is Uncle Maurice, and it also represents eternal happiness... But I swear the next time I do something that reminds me of someone... THEY ARE NOT GETTING IT IN COLOUR BECAUSE IT REALLY HURTS AND STAB DIE ME.
